The Custom Truck Cabin Build Details as Followed:
Structural Elements:
- Galvanized metal under-flashing
- Douglas fir framing
- 1/2-inch sheathing (for added shear strength)
- (8) 5000 lb. swivel-jack mounts, welded and bolted to frame (for removing and installing cabin)
- (6) Grade 8 bolts attaching the cabin to the flatbed via the base framing
- XPS foam board insulation (floor, walls, ceiling, and door)
- House wrapping
- (4) Milgard windows
- Cedar ship-lap exterior siding
- Oil-based stain and sealant
- Metal roofing
Interior Details:
- Custom-milled 1/4-inch Douglas fir plywood ship-lap interior siding
- Luxury vinyl plank flooring
- Full-size bed space in the cab-over section
- Pre-sanded 1/2-inch & 3/4-inch plywood framing for storage compartments
Amenities:
- Wood-fired stove (Cubic Mini Grizzly wood stove)
- Solar system: 200 amp hour 12.8 V battery, 2000 watt AC inverter, 60 amp charge controller, and 800 watts of solar panels on roof
- IceCo refrigerator (solar system powered)
- Air conditioning unit 5000 BTU (solar system powered)
- 5.1 (5 main speakers, 1 subwoofer) surround sound system (solar system powered).
- LED lighting (solar system powered)
- 30 gallon fresh water tank (pump is solar powered)
